By participating in any paddling or hiking gathering organized by Naturally Outdoors, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Assumption of Risk:
I understand that participating in outdoor paddling activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to capsizing, collisions, exposure to extreme weather, wildlife encounters, waterborne illnesses, physical exertion, and the risk of serious injury or death. I voluntarily assume all such risks, whether foreseen or unforeseen.

 

Release of Liability:
I hereby release and discharge Naturally Outdoors, its volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may occur during or as a result of my participation in this event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Medical Fitness:
I certify that I am physically fit to participate in paddling activities and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional. I agree to inform the organizers of any relevant medical conditions prior to the event.

Responsibility for Personal Equipment:
I understand that I am responsible for any personal gear and equipment I bring to the event, and Naturally Outdoors is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Compliance with Safety Instructions:
I agree to follow all safety guidelines, instructions from event staff, and applicable local laws and regulations during the event.

Consent to Medical Treatment:

In the event of an emergency, I authorize Naturally Outdoors to secure appropriate medical treatment on my behalf and agree to be responsible for any associated costs.

​

Photographic Release:
I grant permission to Naturally Outdoors to use photographs and video footage taken during the event for promotional and educational purposes, without compensation.

By attending an event, I confirm that I have read and understood this disclaimer and voluntarily agree to its terms.
